During my business trip to Burnaby, I had the pleasure of staying at Best Western Plus Burnaby Hotel. The reception and staff were excellent, especially Beverley, who exuded genuine customer care. The property was very clean and well maintained, with small gym and laundry rooms that came in handy. The location was convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and the metro station - making it easy to explore the area.My room featured a separate living room and bedroom with a Queen-sized bed, sofa bed, and a full kitchen unit, providing a comfortable and functional space. The complimentary full breakfast, served at Jin Jiang Shanghai Restaurant, was outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options from scrambled eggs to fresh fruit and bakery items. The hotel's proximity to attractions such as Metrotown, the second-largest mall in Canada, and Burnaby's cultural and recreational offerings made it a perfect base to experience all that British Columbia has to offer. I appreciated the complimentary high-speed internet access, toiletries, and other amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers looking for a welcoming and well-equipped place to stay in Burnaby.
